I've written about how I learned this the past year or so, but I've really discovered how "be[ing] good to yourself" is a really important thing and I'm glad you're keeping that at the center of everything. Applying to schools is a very stressful experience, which I reacquainted myself with this past fall, but I'm confident you can do it!
